Abstract
The article analyses the regional differentiation of the market for information and communication services in 2016–2025 on the basis of official statistical data. Cumulative growth coefficients were calculated for fourteen regions and compared with the national average. The study found that only two of the fourteen regions – Tashkent region (13.37-fold) and Tashkent city (8.59-fold) – exceed the national average (6.47-fold), while the remaining twelve regions fall below it. The gap between the highest and lowest values is 5.89-fold, and the coefficient of variation is 55.1%. More than 95% of the output of information services (OKED 63) is concentrated in Tashkent city. The growth of the industry is regionally concentrated, and mechanisms for broadening its geographic base are substantiated.
