Abstract
Today, the rapid development of financial technologies and increased competition in the banking services market make the introduction of innovative financial services in commercial banks one of the strategic priorities. The demand of customers for fast, convenient, secure and tailored services is prompting banks to switch from a traditional service model to digital and innovative business models. In particular, mobile banking, internet banking, digital lending, electronic payments, biometric identification, artificial intelligence, big data and fintech solutions are significantly changing the content and delivery mechanisms of financial services.
